My husband and I worked with Lance and Lauren as we made a move from Los Angeles up to the Sacramento area. Lance and Lauren met with us multiple times on Zoom to discuss our needs and thoroughly explain the moving process (tips on selling or rent current home; options for loans/the difference between mortgage brokers, private lenders, and banks; a detailed timeline from the time you offer to closing on the home). When we came up to look at homes, Lance and Lauren were punctual and paid close attention to detail. They definitely want you to have your dream home and are honest about the pros and cons of the homes they show you. When we couldn't make a trip up, Lance and Lauren offered to do a virtual showing, including filming ten minutes out so we could see the area around the home. If this isn't customer service, what is?!

When we found our dream home, Lance and Lauren had a strategy session with us so we could come up with a plan to make an offer. They worked hard to make sure our offer was the one chosen but also made sure we were comfortable with the plan.

The home buying process definitely comes with a lot of emotions and Lance & Lauren guided us through the entire way. When we got our keys, they got us a doormat, welcome sign, and baskets with goodies for us and our baby boy. It was very personalized and extremely generous.
